Winter Magic Festival '08
Heyyy there !!! it's been a while again that i haven't updated this blog !! well...this is the time bcos i've got a nice lot of beauuuudiful shots that i've taken yesterday at the Winter Magic Festival in Katoomba. We popped in quickly bcos we had such a busy dayyyyy... (going to the city)... but...it was soooo nice to go...and we had such a mag-ni-fi-cent weather !! honestly !!! usually it would be cold/freeeeezing, foggy (well...the typical winter weather) but not yesterday...it was just ...amaazing and check the photos out !!
Coucou tt le monde !! encore une fois... ce blog est plutot delaisse' !!! mais bon...pas pour ce poste parce que j'ai pris de siiiiiiii belles fotos hier au Festival Magique de l'hiver (heuuu...oui...je crois que ca se traduit par ca ?!!). On y est alle' en vitsse parce qu'on avait une lonnngue journee (ensuite parti dans la ville de Sydney)... mais ...wouahhh il faisait un temps ma-gni-fiiiique !! sans deconner !!! parce que d'hab. il fait froid mais meme vraiment friskyyyyy... du brouillard (ben ouais quoi...le temps typique d'hiver !!!) mais pas hier...et donc...jetez un coup d'oeil aux fotos !!!
... the crowd !!! can u imagine ?? this was at 9.00 am in the morning....imagine during lunch time !!! pfff...busy busy !!!! .... la foule !!!! vous imaginez ?? ca c'etait a 9h du mat...imaginez vers midi !!! wouahhh.... encore plus de monde !!!!

BUSHWALK @ Wentworth Falls NSW
Bonjour everyone !! well... must be the series of the bushwalks huh ?? well... just bcos we're enjoying the few beaudiiiiful days of the rare summer given to us this season.... anyway, we decided to go for another one last week-end... absolutely stuuuuunning !! it was a bit early so, it was amaaaazingly unusual to see all the heavy fog settled there for a while. (...i think i'll take my girlfriends there in two weeks when they'll arrive from o'seas... hopefully we'll have an aweeesome weather like that day !!!)... enjoy.... (in the regions of the Blue MOuntains NSW- Wentworth Falls- Australia of course !! :)
Coucou tt le monde !! ben... ca doit etre encore la serie des tites randonnees hein ?? ben... on profite au max des superbes journees que l'on a en ce moment puisque notre ETE, ben... bof... c'etait plutot pas terrible. Bref, le weekend dernier, on a decide' de faire cette tite rando et c'etait.... waouhhhh xxxxtra !! la vue splendiiiiiide !! C'etait assez tot donc, on a eut cette vue xtraordinaire du brouillard epais qui s'etait etale' pendant un bon moment. (...je pense que j'y emmenerait mes copines qui arrivent bientot de Nea ....j'espere en tous cas...qu'il fera un temps magnifique comme ce jour-ci!!)... Appreciez donc... ces vues magnifiques.... (dans les Montagnes bleues du NSW- Wentworth Falls- Australie)....

............ and then... well... you know that ... WHAT COMES DOWN..MUST GO UP !! so.... it seems like a... thousand steps back up to the top !! phewwww !! good work-out, i was puffed but.. it was sooo worth it !!
.......... et ensuite...heuuu.... vous le savez... TOUT CE QUI DESCEND ..DOIT AUSSI REMONTER !!! (Ca se dit comme ca en francais ??!??!)... alors... ca m'a semble' des centaines...non non...des milliers de pas d'escaliers a...remonter !!!! pfffff..... c'etait du travail a la remontee, j'etais bien essouflee mais... ca valait vraiment le coup !!!

Bush walk in the Blue Mountains
Bonjour everyone,
Well... the weather's been pretty weird lately... we hardly had a proper Summer. So a couple of week-end ago, went for a bushwalk with the children and Tony (we were supposed to go to the beach down Sydney but... it was a bit windy so opted for a walk instead)... beauuuuudiful view there... i forgot what it's called but it's around NarrowNeck in Katoomba in our beautiful region of the Blue Mountains.... (ok for those not from Australia or NSW, it's called the Blue mountains bcos of the blue hazy effect that it has thanks to the endless coverage of the eucalyptus trees that produce that scented oil when it's hot... well i think that's the reason why bcos i mean... even in winter and when it's not hot, it's still pretty blue !!!) ... or maybe it's just a myth ???
Coucou tt le monde !! le temps est vraiment bizarre et incertain ces temps-ci, on a pas du tout eut un vrai ete'. Alors il y a 2 week-end passe', je suis allee faire une tite randonnee avec les enfants et Tony (on etait suppose' aller a la plage vers Sydney mais... comme yavait trop de vent, on a opte' se faire une tite marche)... woww... y'avait une vue magnifiiiiiique !! je ne me rappelle plus comment ca s'appelait comme coin, mais c'etait vers 'Narrowneck' a Katoomba.....(bon pour tous et toutes qui ne vivent pas en Australie ou bien qui ne connaissent pas la region des Montagnes bleues, on appelle les Montagnes bleues parce que par l'enorme etendue d'arbres d'eucalyptus, avec la chaleur, ca degage et produit cet huile dans l'air et donne cet effet bleu...quoi que...meme en hiver lorsqu'il fait froid mais qu'il y a du soleil qd meme, c'est tjs aussi bleu !!) ... ou bien c'etait peut-etre un myth ???
........... and on the way... some Australian Fauna species....
........... et en passant... quelques varietes de la Faune Australienne.....

Moon.....
Wowwww check this out !! i AM SOOO AMAAAZED by those shots that i've taken last week while at a birthday party at a local pub. Must be my camera .... i can't believe i didn't even need a tripod for this and that picture of the moon is sooo clear !!! Bye for now....
Waouhhhh.... regardez SVP !!! je suis epate'e de ces photos que j'ai prise la semaine derniere lors d'un anniversaire que j'ai ete' ..dans un pub. Ca doit etre mon appareil... j'arrive pas a croire que j'ai meme pas utilise' mon 'tripod' et la photo est super claire et nette!!! Bises a tous et toutes xxx

Diviiiiiine candles shop !!
Bonjour everyone !! well... check this out !!.... Last week on a look out for a special birthday present for a girlfriend i went to this candles shop in the little town of Leura in the Blue Mountains. I dont' usually go to Leura for shopping bcos... it's a little bit of a drive for me and... i must say...is pretty up market BUT OH MYYYYY GOD !! decided to get in the candle shop : 'Moontree' on the main street and .... oh maaaaaan !! it was sooooooo diviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine !! not only the music got you in the right mood, the smell (and yes...at these prices it works and smell sooooooo beaudiiiiiiiful !!) but wait.... when you go downstairs of the shop..... WOWWWWW MYYYYYYYY, my jaw dropped to the floor, i didn't realize they had a gallery of sooooo beautiful stuffs. So anyway.... few dollars less after (but i didn't mind bcos it was for a very special friend who also needed an uplift) , i decided to come back and to take some photos of this sooo cool place (yoU MUST VISIT IT IF YOU'RE COMING IN THE BLUE MOUNTAINS!!!) so after asking the nice lady if i could, i took those...
Coucou tt le monde !! Venez regarder la...... La semaine derniere, a la recherche d'un petit kdo special pour une des copines, je suis allee dans une boutique de bougies... dans un tit village des montagnes bleues 'Leura'. Generallement je n'y vais pas bcp parce que c'est une trotte pour moi et en plus... c'est un coin assez repute' pour etre cher MAIs..... lorsque j'ai decide' d'y mettre les pieds alors la !!! wowwww c'etait....oh.... magnifiiiiiiiiiiique !! non seulement on vous met dans l'ambience avec la musique, l'odeur (oui... avec ces prix-la, ca marche !! et ca sent bon !!) mais lorsque je suis descendue dans leur gallerie du bas, oh mama mia !!!! ma machoire est tombe'e de bien bas, tellement c'etait beauuuuuu !! bon ok, apres qulques dollars en moins dans ma poche (mais c'etait pour une bonne copine), j'ai decide' de revenir, arme'e de mon appareil a photo et apres avoir demande' la permission ...j'ai pris ces photos.....
<=====..Of course ... whatever is frangipanis, hibiscus or has the word 'Tahiti' or 'Tahitian' ... i just cannot resist !!! hmmm.... probably will be my next purchase !! ;) ....Bien sure, tout ce qui est 'frangipanier', 'Hibiscus' ou bien le mot Tahiti ou Tahitien.... je ne peux resister !!! ... alors.... certainement mon prochain achat !! mdr !!
...so what do you think ?? isn't this awweeeesome ?? well ... that day...after the photo... i got some more candles and bits and pieces but this time.... just for me...just to spoil myself. i looooove this shop sooomuch... i think this year...everyone will get candles for their birthdays !!! ....alors, qu-est-ce que vous en pensez ?? n'est-ce pas terrrrrible ??? ben... apres ce jour, apres ces photos... je me suis achete' des bougies et qlqs bricoles mais cette fois-ci...rien que pour moi !! Flowers
Hey everyone !! well well well...it's been a while i haven't updated this blog...AGAIN ! Anyway, posting some phtos of the flowers that i got for my spesh birthday. i've touched them a bit and no.... not with photoshop...i'm not that good with it and in fact...i've got NO clue how to use photoshop. Maybe oneday, i'll have more time to get right into it but for the time being...i'm quite happy to just have my fotos as originals or...light touch-up from the program that's in my pc (you see...i don't even know what's the name of the program !! :)..... Also preparing my very first foto competition/exhibition at a local school (only a small exhibition but still looking forward to this ! so, will see what happens there hey ??
Coucou tt le monde !! bon ben..... ca faisait bien longtemps que j'etais venu dans mon blog-photo pour le mettre a jour...comme d'hab quoi !!! Bref, je poste qlqs fotos des fleurs que j'ai eut pour mon anniversaire en Aout. Je les ai un peu modifie'...eh non....pas avec Photoshop, j'suis tellement nulle avec mon pc, j'sais meme pas comment utiliser PHotoshop...peut-etre qu'un jour, si j'ai le temps, je m'y mettrais...pour le moment, j'apprecie mes fotos...au naturel, et je retouche legerement avec le programme que j'ai dans mon pc...heuuu j'sais meme pas ce que j'ai comme programme !! Aussi je prepare mon premier concours de photos avec notre petit groupe de photographes 'amateurs'...bon ben...c'est seulement dans une ecole locale et c'est tres petit comme evenement mais bon... fo commencer petit non ??

Fruit and veg
Hi EVeryone ! well, it's about time i update a bit this blog !! Still doing my photography course and have been inspired by the 'oh soooo' beautiful photos from http://mariekillick.blogspot.com, check her out, she takes FANTASTIC photos !! so...why trying going outside to take photos (and hmmm yes, a bit difficult around here in winter...brrrrrrr it's freezing ! so, since i had to make a vegi soup last time, got my camera out and....quite liked the result ! Well, the strawberry photo was taken only yesterday actually, thought to give some colours too !! (colours in my blog, not in my soup !! :)

Alors...pourquoi essayer de prendre des photos dehors (ah oui, pas evident ces temps-ci chez nous, brrrrr il fait plutot frisky !! Je devais cuisiner une soupe aux legumes alors.... j'ai sorti mon appareil !! J'aimais bien le resultat ! ah et pour la fraise, je l'ai prise juste hier, j'ai pense' a y mettre un peu de couleur !! (couleur dans mon blog, pas dans ma soupe !! :)

Been soooo busy with Scrapbooking that...
......i tend to forget about my photoblog. So here are some photos of my Best friend Anne's place (or some part of her place anyway) in New Caledonia where i went couple of weeks ago ! (Their guest room -to be their main bedroom soon- is sooo awesome, it looks like a 5 stars hotel room !
Je suis tellement prise avec mon scrapbooking que...j'ai tendance a oublier mon blog de photo. Alors voici qlqs photos que j'ai prise chez Anne ma meilleure copine qui vit en Nouvelle Caledonie. (Sa chambre d'amies -qui va etre leur chambre principale bientot- est TELLEMENT cool, que on aurait dit une chambre d'hotel 5 etoiles !!
